General Features

  • The system works in windows technology over win2k.
  • The system uses English language for all system screens and reports.
  • System uses menus driven technology to handle all user needs by a friendly way, and categorized in a same menu.
  • The system contains multiple skins to be loaded whenever user needs to change the colors of the system.
  • Database will be in standard SQL Server2000 format for easy management and automatic backup services.

Data Handling

  • Recording the system basic data (Departments, Cost Centers, Meals Types, and meals Prices).
  • Recording the Employees data (Employee Name, Card No, and Employee status).
  • Recording visitors cards data (Visitor Card Description, Card No, Visitor card Department, and card status).
  • Recording the payments and meal buys transactions data (transaction date, payment amount, Card No, Employee Card holder or Visitor Card holder, Number of meals, meal price, and cost center).
  • Recording the system basic data (Departments, Cost Centers, Meals Types, and meals Prices).
  • Recording the Employees data (Employee Name, Card No, and Employee status).

  • Manage Employees balances by adding payments amounts and subtracting meals prices when buying meals.
  • Limit subsidies meals bought by an employee/trainee to “2 meals per day”.
